I used to think a tire lever was easy, right? But in the last 20 years I've seen China mess up the concept so much it's made 3/4 of it useless. My Pedros were finally worn out and I decided to try 50 strong levers. My first use surprised me a lot as they were more comfortable to use than the old backups. Solid, no flex and the spoke angle was perfect for the 700c road rim I was working on. This rim/tire combo is perfect and was responsible for most of the wear on my Pedro's levers and the 50 Strong didn't leave a mark. My steel arms are too rough on aluminum or carbon rims and difficult to protect in use. Pros: Easy to use Connects well The crochet hook is really workable Cons: Not yet Now on top of that you get 4 sets in one set and I didn't have to buy 2 sets, that's the icing on the cake! PS Well to be honest I will. I used about 600 grit sandpaper to clean the bar but I do this on every lever I buy regardless of brand. They may not have been necessary, but I hate putting holes in new lamps so I always did!
