The quality of these aren't terrible BUT THESE ARE NOT FOR ADULT LIPS unless the person weighs maybe 90 pounds or their lips never filled out.The studs barely went through my lip enough to screw on the ball. I woke up and the back plate was sinking into my lip flesh. The rings fell like they are about to split my lip in half they are so tight. At best. These could be used for the edges of ears. Don't buy for lips!
