Essential for cycling in the dark
Exactly as described. I like that it's bright, but it doesn't really "glow" unless the headlights are shining on me. I've been told that I almost glow in the dark when I ride my bike. I ride around 90% of the time when the sun goes down so something like this was necessary. It fits as expected and is roomy compared to my winter gear.
