Best toolset available today - hands down

The ability to use our custom fields, which makes it easier for us as agents when we are interacting in between other systems like Outlook or Skype Chat etc., We also love using call recording features of this softwares because sometimes there's no way you can prove something happened if nobody was actually present during an incident! I wish they could implement more integrations so my work life would be much smoother but overall i am very pleased with their product!! Customer service has been great too since day 1!! Highly recommended! Nothing really at all about them apart from maybe some minor UI/UX improvements here nthere. Integrating multiple platforms together (Outlook & Slack) while keeping track of calls made through both channels seamlessly.

  • Easy user interface + intuitive layout allows me easily navigate around without any unnecessary complications+ customer support is responsive whenever called upon.+ Good platform integration capabilities allowing easy sync within Microsoft Exchange server.
