We bought this scale because it looked like the most durable scale you can buy for a warehouse. In a warehouse, most things die if not done well. The scale initially looked great, worked (mostly) well, but on the second day the screws fell out of the "sturdy handle". As the screwdriver is not new we tried to replace it before sending it back. No cubes, the excavators came stripped initially which is why they fell out. Also, the front panel of the weight doesn't stay in the grip as the pigtail cord pushes it out of its intended position. The product can be a winner with some modifications and better research and development before the product hits the market. DYMO usually has a good reputation, but they obviously overdid it here.
