Tried putting this on and as I strapped the band across his nose, my dog put his head down and with one swipe of the paw ripped the trim/edging off and ripped the clasp/ribbon from the base which tore the muzzle on the bottom. Rendering it useless. this sadly is not built well. Very easy to break/rip. I went with this muzzle to try something different because I couldn’t find the muzzles I bought before, which I had given to a rescue dog that found a good home. I personally do not recommend this product. If your dog is maybe used to muzzles and/or doesn’t try to take them off then maybe this would be good for you. But this was a big fail and will now have to find another alternative. I still have one I can use and will try again. We will see. but at this point I’m quite disappointed with how cheaply this is made.
