I am very upset, the product is no good.

I do not recommend buying at all. Not the first problem with the Samsung brand.
(I received the headphones as a gift, unfortunately I can’t get rid of them).
The photo shows a standard situation when I need to leave the house and listen to music.

Pros

The most disgusting thing I only had from the headphones. So much nerves spent on this garbage . Sound and microphone are good. They sit comfortably.

Cons

The left earpiece keeps turning off. Then it works fine. Like listened to music, removed. In an hour you get it - everything. There is no left earpiece. Tested on 3 devices. 2 phones and a laptop. Everywhere the picture is the same. The service center did not see the problem, they said "well, watch, everything is in order." Nevertheless, I'm not the only one with this problem - a YouTube video with such a problem currently has 30k+ views and 1.7k+ likes. On 4pda, there are even special guides on how to "repair" this nonsense.

Different pros: They sit comfortably in the ears, do not fall out. Wow, they hold a charge for a long time. They connect quickly to my Galaxy Note 9. The case is quite compact. Its cons: Not enough low frequencies, the equalizer does not really help in this. The plastic of the case is very slippery, you need a case.

Its pros: comfortable, good headphones. in general, there are no complaints. Catch a signal at a great distance from the phone. Hold a charge for a long time With its cons. Ears may hurt after wearing for a long time. The sensor does not always read commands correctly.
