The product sucks and the quality is horrible.

Today I handed over the headphones to a service center, in the hope of a warranty repair, because by phone from the Samsung support service they told me that such an uneven discharge is not normal and that the faulty earpiece should be replaced, and therefore I went there passing by. Imagine my surprise when a couple of hours later I received a message that I could return and get the headphones from repair. But it turned out that the service center recognized the incorrect discharge of the right earpiece as the normal operation of the device, since it is allegedly the "main" of the two. But here's the question - if it's the main one, then why is it at least another hour or two, I'm listening to the left "not the main" earphone, after the main one is discharged ?! Since 14 days have not yet passed since the purchase, I could take them and hand them over to the store, but I liked the headphones outwardly and wanted to leave them after the warranty repair or replacement of the right earpiece. The only advantage of my headphones is the long operation of the left earphone)) The sound in them on a five-point scale is a C grade . I did not find any advantages from three microphones when talking on the phone. I plan to go to the store to take them to the store one of these days. I am adding a negative review. I, not reading the fine print in the sales receipt and counting on the 14-day period for the possibility of goods of good quality, missed the seven-day period provided for in Part 4, Article 26.1 of the RFP, in connection with which I was sent from Amazon. On October 26, I again took the headphones to Alfa-Service in Hong Kong, in connection with the promises of the Samsung support service, to send them to Hong Kong for objective diagnostics. But, I was very naive. Today I was informed that again no problems were identified and that I can take my high-quality headphones back. Of course, no one sent them anywhere)) I will return to Amazon as a product of inadequate quality, if they again consider that up to a quarter of the time the headphones work, I listen only to the left one, I will conduct an independent examination and go to court. Pros
  • In the headphones, the pros are the design, they are firmly held in the ears and the operating time of the left earpiece, I did not find more advantages.
Cons
  • Received a defective earpiece. The right earpiece is discharged by 20% + - (if the earphones have not been charged for a day, you don’t put them in the case), at least 10% (if you charge constantly, you put them in the case every time you don’t listen) faster than the left one. I think the battery of the right earpiece does not hold a charge well and discharges incorrectly. Sounding on a five-point rating scale, three. Two-way headphones sound worse than (I will not advertise) headphones priced at 2,700 . And three microphones do not save at all when talking on the phone in windy and noisy places - the interlocutor hears no better than in headphones with one microphone and three times cheaper. Ch. 4 Art. 26.1 of the Law on Consumer Protection, according to which the TERM FOR RETURNING GOODS OF GOOD QUALITY IS REDUCED TO 7 DAYS. I, hoping for 14 days, missed it and, tactfully, they sent me. Alfa-service service center in Hong Kong and samsung warranty service in 2022 in general. Third world country, similar service.
