This device is junk. It doesn't pair with Apple MAC or iOS at all. I got the full docs straight from their website and have followed all the instructions. Writes that it is connected, but no. You'll either get a "Unable to connect" error shortly after trying to connect, or you'll see a connection and then immediately disconnect. Your full manual (which doesn't come with the device) has HUNDREDS of barcodes that you scan to turn the device's features on and off. This is neither intuitive nor user-friendly. I can't tell if this works on Windows or Android, but I can confirm it doesn't work on Apple products.
