The ride was very hard, but the ground clearance didn't change. Good for a pinch, not long-term.
Purchased for minivan with scooter and scooter lift. The ride height hasn't changed significantly, only the chassis has become stiffer. The installation is not difficult, the quality of all parts is good. If you are on a budget and need extra support on short notice, this is a good solution. In the case of permanently higher loads, a more permanent solution would be the better solution, ie reinforced springs.
