It took forever to map my house. When it finally happened, it was wrong. I want to attach a photo. You should have seen a giant border spike running through my entire house. Obviously it was bugged. Deleted the map and tried again. I must have been lucky the first time I connected to it via Wi-Fi because the second time it was almost impossible and took me 25 minutes and many, many attempts. Finally reconnected. I had him running around the house trying to make another card and again it took ages and again he didn't get the card right. Another thorn was strung through the whole house, not very skillfully. Then today he drove over cat droppings. No, my cats are pretty clean, it's just a case where a piece fell under the floor next to the litter box. it ran and stopped responding and an error code was displayed. I called the company at the number listed on the bottom of the unit and tried to resolve the issue. I was told that "running over poop is an abuse but they will give me a 30 percent discount." It was pretty horrible customer service as you could tell from the tone and by the way the lady kept me from saying she didn't really care that much about helping people just to get through the list. So I decided to try to solve the problem myself. When cleaning the underside, the sensors fog up due to moisture behind the sensor glass. This left the device unable to detect if it was over a cliff every time it was powered on, and this resulted in a cliff error code. So I tried to open it. It has all torx screws on the bottom. So if you don't have one of those, good luck and it's also a thin channel so you should have a real torx tool with a thin handle and not just a tip. Otherwise you can't get it in the cameras. I accidentally broke the sensor trying to open it, hooray. I called the company to inquire about a replacement and they don't sell sensors. I asked who did it and they just tried to take my mind off the phone and didn't tell me any further information but repeated that they don't sell this part and that's it. Cool Robot Vacuum Cleaners Yes. In my experience, how good is it to buy from this company? No, definitely not.
