I have a Maytag MDB4949SDM0 dishwasher (made by Whirlpool) and this is the second time these stupid wheels have popped out of these assemblies. Put the wheels back on and soon they will fall off again. The first time it was covered by the extended warranty I bought, but the second time my extended warranty had expired. I found an OEM replacement part online for about $30 each! It costs $120 for all 4. Finding a 4 pack for such a low price and with steel screws to (hopefully) permanently solve the problem was AMAZING! So far, so good. the installation was very easy. I would give more than 5 stars if I could. UPDATE 2/6/2021: Downgrading to 3 stars as the bolts holding the wheels could loosen and the wheels could fall off. and I worry about losing them in the washing machine and damaging them. So it is better to check from time to time whether the screws are tight.
