Package arrived as promised (great at this time of delivery delays). The wheels feel solid, and the bolts holding them together feel solid. The only negative was that I had to search YouTube for a video on how to remove the old one and install the new one (it took about 2 minutes to find and watch and less than 5 minutes to remove old builds and to install new ones ) Overall a great purchase.

I used to need to replace the lower basket casters on my dishwasher. This time I'm trying a set with metal axles. Following the advice in the reviews, I tried to tighten all the screws before using. Some were decent, others gave a little, and one kept spinning. At the moment I only needed one of the four parts, but I'm sure I'll be replacing the rest of the videos within the next year or two.

Most reviews of these parts report that the mounts are too short (top to bottom) to prevent the basket from touching the lower arms of the syringe. I bought them for balance bikes. Transfer the wheels and axle parts to the old mounts already on the basket with axles and washers. They fit and keep the basket high enough in the washing machine. I think the price was worth it to get new wheels with parts.

Only three out of four wheel sets were the same. One was of a different model/style, significantly larger/taller. Returns are a hassle, so we removed the wheels, which are attached with metal screws (I can only hope they're real stainless steel) and used them on an existing bracket that could still be salvaged. We keep our fingers crossed and hope that the wheel bolts don't rust. Looking back, I wish I had just bought some 410 stainless steel bolts and washers and just replaced the broken cheap

First of all, this product fits perfectly with the wheels of the KitchenAid lower dishwasher basket. Very easy to replace - took about 2 minutes per set, no youtube video required, be careful with the rear ones - see how they are currently attached and make sure you line up the new ones in the same place to fit properly hook the utensil grid . . Great value as KitchenAid was charging over $50 for each set of wheels and that was a price for a set of 4. I like that the pins are screwed in instead

I have a Maytag MDB4949SDM0 dishwasher (made by Whirlpool) and this is the second time these stupid wheels have popped out of these assemblies. Put the wheels back on and soon they will fall off again. The first time it was covered by the extended warranty I bought, but the second time my extended warranty had expired. I found an OEM replacement part online for about $30 each! It costs $120 for all 4. Finding a 4 pack for such a low price and with steel screws to (hopefully) permanently solve…
