Slightly smaller than the picture
The bag looks good but firstly I can't figure out if it goes in front of or behind the cables. Easily zipped or access pocket when it's on the back. I can't figure out why the handlebar straps are so long when they're only a small diameter, unless I'm missing something. The bag sags with any light weight and even after removing the hard liner it feels small. Not sure if I'm installing it as intended as there's no clues other than the Amazon photo. The bottom strap isn't even close. Tube on my bike so it's totally unnecessary. I'll stick with it for now and see if it holds up.
