I'm not kidding. I ordered it because I bought it in 1988 (yes, you read that right). For 32 glorious years, my old Conair blow dryer/styling brush worked like a champ—in the Perm-N-Poof days of the '80s, until it gave way to a wavy bob, then Rachel, then a longer and straighter style, until February 2020 year (side part to the shoulders). Once I bandaged an old girl and she glared, coughed and breathed her last. God bless you. So I came to Revain looking for a new one and this one came closest to me. Considering I got 32 years from the previous one, this one should serve me well too. I was wrong. Took in a new girl and she worked one side of my hair for 32 beautiful seconds. Then it just stopped. I lowered my hand, it rose again, but failed when I reached her head. Over and over again for a few minutes - every time I lifted it to my head it just stopped. So pulled the plug, let it cool down, cleaned, packed and sent it back. Now I'm afraid to order again for fear of getting another defective one. What a disappointment. One lasted 32 years and the other 32 seconds. If I order again I'll let you know because I was happy (at least with one side of my hair) for half a minute.
