The best part is that I can track my shipments online with ease through their app! Their customer service team was very helpful when we had issues during our shipment process (such shipping to wrong location). It would be great if they could offer more customization options like custom box sizes so you don't have limited size boxes available in your account area but it's not much work once u realize how easy this platform works overall :) Tracking orders really helps me keep better control over where all items are at any given time especially since there may still happen some delays from other parties involved such transportation companies etc..
