See EDIT! I just got it and I'm damn happy with it! Wanted to expand my small business and needed a heat press. For the price, these are shirts, 2 plates of different sizes, mugs and hats. Hence the 5 in 1. Simply plug in and all heaters work. Easily switch between different heating elements. Disadvantages: a little "fluctuating". If the t-shirt plate is on and you're moving too fast, it might not line up perfectly, but I'll learn with practice. You don't have to apply pressure like you would with a Cricuts heat press, so I love that it snaps into place - I just have to straighten it and lower it slowly. Showed my friend who can fix/build literally anything and there is no way to tighten it because it's rivets. He might try to pinch one of the rivets, which could tighten it. Another thing I would change is when you press the "play" button which causes the machine to reach the desired temperature - it doesn't beep to let you know and it starts the preset countdown. You have to be careful! But if you turned around, time would tick. It emits a long beep when the time is up to let you know it's time to pick it up and remove it. When I finally signed up for the 12 month guarantee I was told the site was not secure. I'm waiting for a reply from the seller and this one. In my opinion, all of these disadvantages are workarounds, and knowing all of this, I would still buy this car. It's nice to have one machine that can do so many things instead of 3-5 separate machines that can do a few hundred each. I'll update this after I've made some stuff, I'm very excited! clicking for days - the mechanism that attaches all the various heating elements is lost and rotates instead of staying still to attach the swivel nozzles. I was in shock trying to tighten it! I give 3 stars because I can use it until I can afford a professional one. Also, I never received any response from the seller to register it. Luckily, Revain handles returns very well and I've documented a few things, so I feel good about going back - for now.
