This product looks and works as described. I love that I can use 2 of these in the same double socket and the adapter is small enough for that. The outlet I use it in, one outlet is connected to a wall switch and the other is not. So I needed 2 of these adapters. I was afraid that 2 adapters wouldn't fit in one outlet but it did. I use the side outlet on the adapters as the outlet is behind the sofa and I didn't want the sofa rubbing against the wires and causing a short and possibly a fire. I recommend this product with the caveat that I have just started using these adapters.
