I have used this product on my 2 year old son who used to go crazy at barbershops when it came time to get a pre-COVID haircut. I'm still hesitant to take my kid anywhere, so I decided to cut his hair at home. Overall, HOWEVER, getting his hair cut was much more enjoyable than taking him to the barber. This was my first time using the device so there was a bit of a learning curve and some bugs. The razor was easy to hold and the markings on the razor were easily identifiable. Using settings 1 and 2 made me feel pretty good and his hair was shaved really well. It wasn't until I switched from 2 to 3 that I had no problems. The closeness of the shave seemed to increase dramatically, leading to me accidentally shaving too much than I wanted to in a certain area. As a result, he had a short patch on the back of his head. It's been a month now so luckily his hair has grown back and I figured I shouldn't go past level 2.
