Let me start by saying that this is a good deal for USB. Yes, PCI is cheaper, but if you don't feel like opening your case to install something and then removing it for your next desktop, then by all means do it. Wireless N is very fast, it installs out of the box for Windows 7 without even messing around with the CD. One thing you have to be very careful about is not hitting this thing. It doesn't fit very tightly into the USB port. The first day I had it I accidentally hit it because it sticks out a lot. The USB connector was almost bent to the side. Luckily I was able to bend it straight and it worked fine after that. If you have small children, large animals or even just clumsy people in your household I would not recommend this product.
