I chose a headset for a long time, unfortunately I don’t understand models, so I looked for options among brands that I trust, but since the list of these brands was already not large, it was also significantly reduced by negative reviews. Actually, it was for this reason that I actually chose from Asus models. I used to use a logitech g230 headset, which practically fell apart into atoms in a few years of use, so I tried to choose a model where I would not encounter such design flaws. What pleased: 1) metal headband fasteners - the previous headphones fell apart precisely because of the plastic fasteners. 2) The volume control and the microphone mute button are on the left side of the headphones. This is really a huge plus, in the old headset there was a “remote control” located on the wire, and it was located very far from the headphones themselves, as a result, about 50 cm constantly hung from the table and got confused. 3) the wire is not twisted. Here, the main headphone wire is in a conventional silicone braid. Yes, perhaps the version with a fabric braid is more aesthetically pleasing, but in the previous headset from Logitech, this wire was constantly twisted and, as a result, damaged. 4) The sound is excellent, the volume margin is more than (I use it with a discrete sound card) 5) Surprisingly pleased with the microphone. For a headset, the sound is very good, it is perfectly audible even without amplification, of course, you will have to manually adjust it to completely get rid of background noise, but there are no difficulties in this. It is also convenient that the microphone is located on a flexible mount, which can be customized "for yourself." 5) The wires leading to the speakers are located on the outside. So when adjusting the headband there will be no friction, which also adds to the reliability. I am delighted with the headset, it feels more compact and lighter than those that I used before, the sound and microphone quality are also on top.
