Poorly cut sorry didn't work out

My sister loved this mold as I used another mold to make a flower pot for a while and she wanted to make her own like well ! The thickness of the mold seemed promising, but when we cast our first set, the pot came out cracked. I attributed this first attempt to making a mistake in the cement recipe. We tried again, and this time I used the same cement recipe in my pots as they did in their triangle. My pans came out intact with no chips or cracks, but their pans cracked again. It was more than the first round so I thought maybe I could just glue it all together. That's when I started looking at the shape and realized it was all wrong. The shape isn't a perfect triangle, so as you can see it looks awfully wonky. In the photo I've included one of my massive pots to show the quality comparison.
