This review will be very easy. They are very strong and not easy to break. I can brush all my teeth with just one of them, and I'm not gentle when I floss either! I used to use two sets of floss when I bought a more expensive brand. Most other brands of dental floss have left me with a gulp of blood. I am happy to report that they are gentle on your gums but also remove those nasty rotting foods that cause bad breath. This bag contains a huge amount of this dental floss. I had 90 in my bag and it also zips up so I don't accidentally spill the whole bag on the bathroom floor and throw away half because it's dirty.
