I was looking for a pair of portable binoculars that would work well on hikes and in different weather conditions and these binoculars were perfect for my needs. . The waterproofing and anti-fog claims appear to be accurate so far, and the image quality is fairly sharp, likely thanks to the BAK-4 prism and fully multi-coated lenses. At first I thought these binoculars would be a bit unwieldy due to their "heavy" nature, but they're light enough to carry around easily, and the rubber material covering the binoculars is comfortable to touch and handle, and feels fairly durable on. . Overall I think these binoculars are great for my portability, ease of use and durability needs at an affordable price. I look forward to using them on my next hiking adventure.
