I am very happy with this product as it is simple to use and has many options for customization of reports. It's easy to learn how to set up your own parameters. The software can be slow when loading large amounts of data especially if you are using custom fields or filters, sometimes requires more time than desired to load certain types of records (ie customer service calls). If you're looking for an all inclusive solution then this might not meet all of your needs but it does have some great features like email notifications which allows us to keep track of our customers' account information easily from anywhere at anytime. We've been able to quickly resolve problems with our clients by providing them access to their accounts online so they don't need to call our office.
