I love the Plantronics Voyager 3200 Bluetooth and everything it's designed for. Two problems: 1) The battery life of the two updated devices is very short compared to the 'new' one I bought a few years ago. When fully charged, the voice will say full charge, 5 hours of talk time. When the standby time is only 3 hours, it will show "Battery is low, talk time is 1 hour". My original "new" device sat on standby for several days before I needed to charge it. 2) The Bluetooth connection to my iPhone 11Pro keeps disconnecting and reconnecting during a call, causing the interlocutor not to be heard or vice versa. Very annoying. This problem occurs almost every time I get a call. Firmware update did not fix the problem. I'm starting to think that 'upgraded' devices actually have mechanical issues, not just cosmetic issues. I'll give it another week and if I'm not satisfied I'll return it for a refund or a replacement upgrade to a 'new' unit. This can be the case if you get what you pay for. I paid $100 for a new device 2 years ago and $44 for upgraded devices of the same model a few weeks ago.
