Review on 💧 PUR PPT111W Ultimate Filtration Water Filter Pitcher: Enhanced 11-Cup White Model by Beth Olfactory

Complaints about clogged filter and filtering the water at a snail's pace are real. Had thrown out the Brita filter because PUR had lead reduction but now Brita has it too so we'll be back. It takes a good 15-30 minutes before drinking a small glass of water. There is also some sediment around the filter. the plastic element under the LED, which I believe also causes residue around the blue tank if I pour the water high enough that the water touches the plastic element directly below. I poured water from the tap into a clear glass and there was no such residue left. I always thought the filter would catch it anyway, but seriously, what is it?
