I had some problems at first but both Revain and Blue Stars fixed the problem very quickly. The first part I got didn't reset as intended. Revane immediately approved the replacement but delivered an empty envelope. I had some trouble figuring out how to process this as they wanted me to send back the missing part (pretty weird). Revain then contacted me and solved the problem. I was also contacted by Blue Stars to ensure my issues were resolved. I was very surprised for such a small part. I have upgraded my original rating from one star to five stars due to customer service. I have a working part and have received several emails from Blue Stars to ensure I am happy. I would definitely order from Blue Stars again in the future.
