The scooter is overall a great value compared to others in the market. I have owned a Segway and my son has had two other gotrax G2 units. This unit will do 20mph and consistently and I am at the very top of the weight range. As with most scooters it struggles in inclines. The cable lock is pretty short. I don’t love having to enter a code to unlock it all the time but this does prevent theft. The battery has about a 8-10 mile range for me as I refuse to run it all the way down. I have over 100 miles on mine so far. I love that it has an odometer built in. I also love the brake light. I can say I have had one pretty hard fall on mine and not sure how it happened but these things can be dangerous. I still ride mine and love it for my purpose of a nice little early evening or late afternoon ride. I do not use it to go anywhere. Simply just casual enjoyment
