I like it when it breaks you can fix it yourself and spares are available, it makes delicious coffee, cappuccino takes a bit but it's worth the wait. It froths milk very well, but it took me a few tries to perfect the technique. I'm the only one who uses it because no one wants to pay attention to the correct procedure and the attention required to use it (I'm afraid that the heating element will burn out) and is not allowed to use. I also use it to make my wife a cup of hot, delicious chocolate with foamy almond milk. The woman is happy! One remark, there is always water in the bottom bowl, it doesn't slosh, I don't know why.
