. I started taking this supplement because it was in the Dr. Oz Show for Anti-Aging. I didn't order it due to digestive issues (diagnosed with IBS). I didn't even know it was supposed to help digestion. It was nice to know that this dietary supplement would almost completely alleviate the annoying indigestion I've had for so long. I couldn't be happier! I highly recommend this item! I can't comment on the anti-aging factor since I take and use so many anti-aging products at the same time. It probably helps. I've noticed really good improvements in my skin condition, but as I said, I started many different therapies around the same time: dietary supplements, Retin-A, vitamin C serum, and more.
