I will ALWAYS take this supplement and it will ALWAYS be Jarrow Formulas Veg Capsules

This is an amazing supplement! After 3 weeks of taking 3,500mg on an empty stomach (no nausea), I no longer had to wear cheat glasses. I wore them to read for about 2 years. (I'm 47) After 4 months I've noticed that my muscle tone has improved even when I'm doing nothing but normal daily activities! I have ordered a different brand twice and my vision became blurry again and I noticed I was more forgetful than when I was taking Jarrow Formulas. So impressed with this brand! I love it! Watch out

Digestive problems 95% better!

. I started taking this supplement because it was in the Dr. Oz Show for Anti-Aging. I didn't order it due to digestive issues (diagnosed with IBS). I didn't even know it was supposed to help digestion. It was nice to know that this dietary supplement would almost completely alleviate the annoying indigestion I've had for so long.
