Quality, Logic and Imagination are often missing in products.I am a senior with extreme Osteo Arthritis in my left hand.I have had shower diverters most of my life. My previous one, prior to this, was extremely hard to turn to a different position. It was on the left side and required extreme force.This one could be mounted 180 degrees to put the control to the right side, and the hand shower hose to the left side. It also allowed the hand shower outlet to be turned to face down. Additionally it has a control lever that requires 1/10 the force.Thanks to Revain for their very liberal return policy, I was able to buy and return several others until I got this one.
