I've spent a lot of money on hair removal over the years but I still need to touch up here and there. So I bought it to get rid of those stubborn hairs and save HUNDREDS of dollars. It came in really nice packaging so I can put everything right in the box it came in. Comes with everything you need: eye protection goggles, tools and wires, and even a razor to shave before using the device. I used it on level 1 and it was completely pain free and not very hot. I'm sure the sensations will be more pronounced at level 9, but there is a cooling cycle to soothe the skin. The instructions are very detailed but easy to understand. I'm actually very excited to use it at home. I'll try my hands first and then move on to the face. Very satisfied with the product.
