No matching software for computer accessories and peripherals

(This was returned) I have a powerful gaming computer, when I plugged it in it wouldn't load any software, so it couldn't I don't set up the camera in any way. I'm tech savvy, I've searched all over the internet to download the right software to use this product but I've found absolutely nothing.
