I needed them to jack up my two axle trailer with a heavy sailing boat to change the old tires. Vertical clearance under the jacking points was limited and they could be pushed down and the top of the propeller pulled out to make contact before being jacked up. I actually used 2 of these on the same site and they worked fine. They held hydraulic pressure long enough for me to put two new tires on the old wheels at the dealership before I went back to put the wheels back on. I repeated the same on the other side. Higher bottle jacks would not fit. They are solidly built which is amazing for their price. No problem recommending them.
