First of all, this iron is very nicely packed in the box. So it is entirely possible to give. The kit includes a rubber cover that allows the iron to be cooled or used while it is on. It is very comfortable. I used an old towel before. The iron heats up VERY quickly, which is very handy when you're in a hurry. The display is fully digital and easy to use. I felt the flat iron itself went through my hair very smoothly and the flat iron seemed to be of good quality. No cheap, brittle nonsense. I have used this on several different hair textures and it has given us all the same results. I love this iron. It actually works better than my expensive Paul Brown iron. For the price you really can't go wrong here.
