I have natural ethnic hair and this straightener didn't straighten my natural hair the way I would have liked. I've had other irons over the years that have performed well. much better and not worth the high price. This is a beautiful flat iron, very well made but it didn't do the job I bought it for (for my hair type).

I love this iron! I have tried so many expensive hair products over the years but this is by far the best. My hairdresser introduced me to him. She bought one at a hair show and after using it on my hair I bought it straight away. The hair curls well and does not gather at all.

This is definitely the smallest straightener I've ever used, it's very thin and narrow but don't let that fool you, this little wand straightens hair just as well as the previous type . Gift wrapped, very nice packaging and presentation. I really like the addition of a heating mat, I usually just put it on my dresser so having that protection is a plus. First, I love the silicone mat that comes with the straightener and I like the locking feature on the top of the straightener. So if you travel with it, you've won. You don't have to worry about it opening and getting damaged, or it falling on its side and damaging something the hot plates are touching.
