When they hear the word refurbished, many people think of used items with scratches, dents and dirt. Despite the feedback from those who have received defective MacBooks, I was pleasantly surprised that the computer looked brand new. There were virtually no marks on the outer case, the screen looked like it had never been touched before, and the keyboard was immaculate. Although the box came without official Apple packaging and the charger was third-party, the hard drive was completely erased and the physical aspects were impeccable. From the touchpad to the trackpad, everything works great. All in all, it was a great way to save money on a computer that's basically brand new.
