Review on πŸƒ 480 Count Amazon Basics Compostable Cutlery Set – Eco-Friendly Utensils by Stephen Johnson

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Commercially compostable only - but great unit price, Bat Mitzvah quality ++

Depending on the cost of heating hot water in your area, washing cutlery may be more expensive than using those plastic spoons, knives and forks. The quality is good: strong, uniform. So good it's tempting to reuse them; not the kind you would throw away with dirty paper plates. And - you get a lot for a seemingly cheap price (it was an evaluation kit). However, they are not composted in the garden. According to Revain's product page, it's for commercial composting companies (the unofficial product packaging contains no further information). If that's true, and you have access to such a venue for a large wedding or Bat Mitza, that's a huge plus. This is your planet, so do your part.
