Absolutely unusable product, not suitable for use.

In the past month, I've purchased two Xiaomi gadgets and been dissatisfied with both. The vacuum failed to return to the station after a week and no longer recognized the rooms. Air humidifier stopped producing steam after a month, rendering it ineffective. Do you feel like braving the -20 degree weather to jog around the service centers on the other side of town? Buy.\s: The vacuum cleaner was, thankfully, returned.
