I like how easy it was to get started with, and also to keep track of questions. The most helpful feature would be if you could add more than one answer at once for each question so we don't have to go back multiple times to complete our responses. Also, there should be some sort of way to save all your answers in case something happens. We use this software as a Q&A tool for customers who are looking for quick solutions for their business problems. It helps us provide quality customer support by having them fill out forms with various questions they may be facing in regards to their products/services.
