The headlight mounting system only broke on the third ride. There is no point in replacing it with the same bracket as it will break again. The headlight is quite heavy for a bike light so it should have had a stronger mounting system. Given the clip attached to the light, I think the manufacturer originally intended it not as a bike light, but as one that can be worn on a belt, for example, when camping, and used when needed. I have some old phone mounts that I've been holding onto since I upgraded my phone. They have a more secure handlebar mount system so I'm going to try and adapt one of those to work with this light.
