Carriage Bolt (Part #260-2) and Handle (Part #2439) wrong size

The carriage bolt provided has a smaller threaded end (OD) than the handle ID. You cannot use the leveling stand (Park Tool TS-2.2P) without the incline base. It's not worth waiting a week or more for a base replacement, so you'll have to go to a hardware store to find a solution. Very disappointed.
