Cheap low quality piece of plastic

Metal screws and cheap plastic nuts. Doesn't fit right. The one I have is 4/5 tucked into the base of the strut on each side. That looks ugly. looks cheap It gets confused with "Pro" in "Pro" tools.

Carriage Bolt (Part #260-2) and Handle (Part #2439) wrong size

The carriage bolt provided has a smaller threaded end (OD) than the handle ID. You cannot use the leveling stand (Park Tool TS-2.2P) without the incline base. It's not worth waiting a week or more for a base replacement, so you'll have to go to a hardware store to find a solution. Very disappointed.

Pros
  • Excellent overall performance
Cons
  • Communicate with Seller

Essential if stand is not to be bolted to bench

Pretty solid base; It hurt a bit when I was screwing the post in, but I don't even know why now, so it must not have been that big of a deal. Without this thing the TS would fall forward all the time because I don't have a bench to screw the TS into. It's way more expensive than it should be. Reclaimed wood from Home Depot will work as a base but will need drilling/drilling etc.

Pros
  • Satisfied
Cons
  • Unfashionable

Expensive/deformed part for stands and mobile stands

This part consists of three plastic parts and some parts. I had a piece of plastic that was completely warped. Park Tool said they often are like this, but putting them together and putting a stand in them eliminates any warping. I didn't put it together. I think it should not be deformed in the first place, mainly because of the high price. I don't use the stand that often so I just use it in a vise. Good enough. When I need a stand I just make one out of wood and two bolts.

Pros
  • Confident
Cons
  • Useless functions

If you don't have a workbench to attach the TC-2.2P to, you'll need this

Needing to find the right workbench, I settled on the TC-2.2P. I don't have anything like a workbench. Is a base *really* necessary in this situation? That. Will this base be up to the task? That. Unless you're going to permanently attach your tripod to something, you need this base. Basic features include: * Five wrench holders on the left side if you have different wrenches than those on the multi-tool * 3.25" diameter round sleeve. on the left * 3.25" diameter, slightly larger than the…

Pros
  • Sturdy construction
Cons
  • No machine gun
