Review on πŸ”§ Enhanced Park Tool TSB-2.2 Tilting Truing Stand Base for TS-2 and TS-2.2 Tool by Robert Correa

Revainrating 5 out of 5

If you don't have a workbench to attach the TC-2.2P to, you'll need this

Needing to find the right workbench, I settled on the TC-2.2P. I don't have anything like a workbench. Is a base *really* necessary in this situation? That. Will this base be up to the task? That. Unless you're going to permanently attach your tripod to something, you need this base. Basic features include: * Five wrench holders on the left side if you have different wrenches than those on the multi-tool * 3.25" diameter round sleeve. on the left * 3.25" diameter, slightly larger than the semi-circular indentation on the right * Large empty indentation that fills up the rest of the right side * Screw holes so the stand can be bolted to anything * Hand grip that You can tilt the stand back and forth Wrench base holders definitely come in handy if you decide to discard multi-purpose wrenches like I did.I found the rest of the indentations useful for storing small things like valve caps and nuts.At the moment the Ability to lean mostly useless but it may come in handy at some point. Could you make your own base out of wood or something? Of course it's possible but you need to design it easily, take the time to get the parts, and then assemble it.(Although in fairness this base required a bit of assembly.) You can either pay for it in money or time.I would em Recommend paying money for it, but take your pick.

Pros
  • Sturdy construction
Cons
  • No machine gun
