Essential if stand is not to be bolted to bench

Pretty solid base; It hurt a bit when I was screwing the post in, but I don't even know why now, so it must not have been that big of a deal. Without this thing the TS would fall forward all the time because I don't have a bench to screw the TS into. It's way more expensive than it should be. Reclaimed wood from Home Depot will work as a base but will need drilling/drilling etc.
