First the SUPREME seller who was selling my product (made/supplied by Revain) gave me a used item in a battered box with all used parts (but at least all parts are included). They didn't even bother to repackage it or give it a new look even though the ad said it was new. Second and most important, a 1 year warranty. However, if you sell and install it through an Audio Control dealer, the warranty extends to FIVE years. The discount isn't big enough, especially if you get a used one like me, so don't waste time - buy it from a top seller and pay $100 to have it installed by a factory certified technician. You'll get better results as this unit takes a lot of time and skill to set up, and it comes with a 5-year warranty, which is important as it has powerful speaker lines.
