as it's cheaper to use glass or plastic plates and replace them after use to wash. However, I got stuck in a meeting where I was chosen to set out plates and bowls. After spending some time looking at different brands and reading the reviews, I decided to give this one a try. I was skeptical until we used them. The design on them is beautiful and they were larger than expected. They performed much better than expected. NO LEAK. Because they are so durable and strong, I now keep them in my closet constantly for many other uses. Especially in those moments when I'm lazy and don't feel like washing the dishes.
