Review on 📶 Supercharge Your Home Wi-Fi with Linksys AC6600 Whole-Home Mesh System by Zachary Caldwell

I bought this device to increase my internet speed in the back of the house while my kids were studying online. Setup was very easy with the Linksys app. I already had a velop compatible router so all I had to do was plug in the nodes and connect. The app walked me through the process and connected everything with no issues. A day later I received a notification from the application that the node had gone offline. It was the furthest node from the base station, so maybe that was the story. A quick restart in the app and you're good to go. The next day it went out again and the bug spread to all three nodes, leaving the kids stuttering hours of scaling while I restarted all the nodes. This went on almost daily until I got closer to the furthest node. I didn't actually need the node that far away (the idea was to provide better coverage for streaming to an outside projector) so I moved it between the other two nodes to see if that would help. That helped. about a week. I'm still getting disconnects that I need to resolve. This is usually one node at a time, but sometimes they all go out. I have since moved all the nodes so that they are no more than 40ft apart and are all in plain sight unless my daughter closes the door (teen, amirite). On the plus side, when it's working properly, my Wi-Fi is strong throughout the house and the internet speeds are as fast as the cable company can match. On the other hand, daily or weekly maintenance is required to keep the network running. Not that I have to settle for that price.
